Baja Cantina

Baja, Mexico

Just north of Ensenada lays a roadside rest stop…Mexican style.  Here, one will find a place to wash up, use the facilities, and a chance to rest. 

One can also go to the cantina and have a beer or tequila and prepare one’s self for what I think is the most dangerous part of the U.S. to Ensenada toll road journey.  This is the part that has to steepest cliffs, and hairpin turns.  And also it is done at 70 miles an hour.

However, this is a cool rest stop, and I love the way it is painted because it makes for wonderful photography.
